Responsibilities
- Create a complete Mobile App Development course from beginner to advanced level
- Teach one or more of the following:
- Android app development using Java or Kotlin
- iOS app development using Swift
- Cross-platform app development using Flutter or React Native
- Record structured screen-based video lessons
- Build real app projects and practical assignments
- Cover app testing, deployment, and store publishing basics
- Update course content when major platform or SDK changes occur
Skills and Technologies
- Android: Java, Kotlin, Android Studio
- iOS: Swift, Xcode
- Cross-platform: Flutter or React Native
- API integration, authentication, and app deployment
- Experience building and publishing real mobile applications
Instructor Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of professional experience in mobile app development
- Published apps on the Google Play Store or Apple App Store preferred
- Real client, freelance, or product app development experience
- Ability to teach clearly in Bangla (English is a plus)
- Teaching or mentoring experience preferred
Compensation Model
- Revenue share only
- No fixed or monthly salary
- Typical instructor share: 30 percent to 50 percent per course sale
