Responsibilities

• Create a complete Data, AI, or Analytics course from beginner to intermediate or advanced level
• Teach practical topics such as:
  • Data Analysis Fundamentals
  • Python for Data Analysis
  • SQL and databases
  • Power BI or data visualization
  • Machine Learning basics
  • Applied AI concepts
• Use real datasets and real-world use cases
• Record clear, structured screen-based video lessons
• Create project-based assignments for hands-on learning
• Update course content when major tools or technologies change

Instructor Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years experience in Data Science, Analytics, or AI
• Strong hands-on skills in Python, SQL, or analytics tools
• Practical industry, freelance, or research project experience
• Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple way
• Ability to teach clearly in Bangla (English is a plus)
• Teaching or mentoring experience preferred

Compensation Model

• Revenue share based only
• No fixed or monthly salary
• Typical instructor share: 30 percent to 50 percent per course sale
• Monthly payout cycle
• Long-term recurring income as long as the course is live

Example:
If a course sells for ৳5,000 and your share is 40 percent, you earn ৳2,000 per sale.
