Responsibilities
- Create a complete Cloud or DevOps course from beginner to intermediate or advanced level
- Teach practical topics such as:
- Cloud computing fundamentals
- AWS core services and architecture
- Server deployment and management
- CI/CD pipelines
- DevOps workflows and best practices
- Record structured, screen-based video lessons
- Create hands-on labs and practical assignments
- Update course content when major cloud services or tools change
Skills and Technologies
- Cloud platforms: AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure
- DevOps tools: CI/CD pipelines, Git, Docker, basic Kubernetes
- Server and infrastructure management
- Experience working with production environments
Instructor Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years professional experience in Cloud or DevOps roles
- Practical experience with real infrastructure or deployment projects
- AWS or cloud certifications are preferred but not mandatory
- Ability to explain complex topics clearly in Bangla (English is a plus)
- Teaching or mentoring experience preferred
Compensation Model
- Revenue share only
- No fixed or monthly salary
- Typical instructor share: 30 percent to 50 percent per course sale
- Monthly payout cycle
- Long-term recurring income
Example:
If a course sells for ৳5,000 and your share is 40 percent, you earn ৳2,000 per sale.
