Responsibilities
- Create a complete Web Development course from beginner to advanced level
- Teach practical development skills, including:
- Frontend web development
- Backend web development
- Full-stack web development
- Web-based application development
- Record structured, screen-based video lessons
- Create real project-based assignments and practice tasks
- Update course content when major technologies change
Skills and Technologies
- Frontend: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React or similar frameworks
- Backend: Node.js, PHP Laravel, Python Django, or similar
- Databases, APIs, authentication, and deployment
- Experience building real-world web applications
Instructor Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of professional experience in web development
- Strong command of frontend, backend, or full-stack development
- Real project, freelance, or product development background
- Ability to teach clearly in Bangla (English is a plus)
- Teaching or mentoring experience preferred
Compensation Model
- Revenue share only
- No fixed or monthly salary
- Typical instructor share: 30 percent to 50 percent per course sale
- Monthly payout cycle
- Long-term recurring income
Example:
If a course sells for ৳5,000 and your share is 40 percent, you earn ৳2,000 per sale.
