UI/UX Design Course Responsibilities
- Plan and structure a beginner to advanced UI/UX Design course
- Record professional screen-based video lessons
- Teach:
- UI/UX fundamentals
- User research and personas
- Wireframing and prototyping
- Design systems
- Practical Figma and Adobe XD workflows
- Create real-world project assignments for student portfolios
- Update course content if major design tool changes occur
UI/UX Instructor Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in UI/UX or Product Design
- Strong hands-on skills in Figma and Adobe XD
- Real client, freelance, agency, or product design experience
- Ability to teach clearly in Bangla (English is a plus)
- Teaching, mentoring, or course creation experience preferred
- Bangladesh-based designers are strongly encouraged to apply
Payment Structure (Revenue Share – Fully Transparent)
- No fixed salary
- Percentage-based earnings from course sales
Typical revenue share:
- 30% to 50% per course sale, depending on:
